I had been looking online for a bed for my toddler. I almost ordered from a different website that was more expensive and had longer shipping times. I am so thrilled I found Snuglee. The bed arrived so quickly was easy to put together and seems to be lovely quality!

Lovely bed for my toddler and easy to assemble. Had an issue with one of the legs not drilled correctly however the buyer was super helpful and sent replacement legs to resolve the issue. Very pleased and would recommend. Thanks

I cannot fault the service received from this supplier. We bought a bed which unfortunately arrived damaged due to the courier service (which is why I have still given five stars for the product). The supplier replied to all of our messages exceptionally fast, offered us options on how to rectify the problem and our refund was actioned and processed in a day!

Please do keep up this exceptional customer service, it’s a rare find these days and I would definitely buy from this company again based on our experience. Thank you :)
