At Snuglee, we aim to deliver your little one’s new bed safely and quickly, ensuring a smooth experience from our workshop to your arrival. Because our items are heavy and bulky flat-packs, please read our delivery guidelines carefully.

1. Delivery Options & Fees

Please note that deliveries are made to mainland UK only, we currently do not deliver to the Channel Islands, British Forces Post Office and mail forwarding companies, PO Boxes, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Shetland Islands, Orkney Islands, Isle of Scilly and Scottish Islands

  • Priority Fast-Track Delivery (Orders Over £200)

    • Cost: FREE DELIVERY

    • Service: Your order is fast-tracked to the front of our workshop’s production queue for the quickest possible handling and dispatch.

    • Delivery Time: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

  • Standard Delivery (Orders Under £200)

    • Cost: Variable fee based on the item's size and weight (calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before payment).

    • Delivery Time: 1–3 business days after dispatch. 

2. Order Processing & Tracking

  • Processing Time: Standard orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Tracking Your Delivery: Once your order is dispatched, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

3. Bulky Item Delivery & Customer Responsibilities

Due to the substantial size and weight of our parcels (averaging up to 190cm x 42cm x 16cm and weighing 30kg), all deliveries are handled by our specialist partner courier networks under the following terms:

  • Ground Floor / Front Door Delivery Only: Due to UK courier insurance, health, and safety regulations, all deliveries are strictly made to the front door or ground floor communal entrance of the property only. Drivers are not permitted to enter your home, climb stairs, or carry heavy boxes to upper floors.

  • Packages Accessibility: Please ensure that the delivery path to your front door is clear and easily accessible for the courier on the day of delivery.

  • Inspection Upon Arrival: Please inspect the outer packaging of all boxes upon receipt. If you notice any significant damage, punctures, or crushed corners, please sign for the delivery as "DAMAGED" and contact us immediately at support@snuglee.co.uk within 48 hours with photographic evidence.
